We have doula and breastfeeding services, as well as classes, for families welcoming newborns into their home. 

Coaching is a profession that empowers individuals to reach better emotional, mental, and physical health, as well as fulfill their potential. We network with many talented and experienced individuals in order to offer more holistic avenues of growth. Most of our services have the option of being provided virtually. lactation counseling services

Breastfeeding is amazing….and can be hard at times, too – worrying if baby is getting enough, sore nipples, supply, and other issues that can occur. Most women CAN breastfeed; support is THE key to success! Our nationally certified lactation counselor is available to provide support in person or virtually. Postpartum Doulas

Our postpartum doulas provide nonjudgemental physical and emotional support, evidence-based education, and nurturing to families during the challenging transition phase of the Fourth Trimester. Care may begin as early as the planning stage of pregnancy. Virtual services are available.
